What a top team! Last Saturday, the Alvida team gave our colleagues and partners an unforgettable evening! From the very first contact, there was an immediate click. Alvida is open to all wishes, thinks along with you and provides professional advice. They clearly know what they are doing! On the evening itself, everything was really taken care of down to the last detail. Exactly how I had it in mind or even better! The team consists of representative and hardworking ladies and gentlemen, you are so nice! Everyone immediately had the feeling of Christmas and it stayed that way all evening. A big thank you to all of you, I'm thankful I got to know you! Good luck with all future assignments and hope to see you soon!!
This year, we wanted to completely outsource our Christmas party, so we looked for a company that could organize it for us. We quickly ended up with Alvida catering. The telephone contact was very pleasant and the quote came quickly and was complete. After that, Roy-Alexander and Raoul came to see the room and discuss the plan of action with us. On the day of the Christmas party, we didn't have to do anything ourselves and were surprised. We were indeed surprised: It looked so beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was smooth and pleasant. Afterwards, we received many compliments for the drinks.
For our drink in Amsterdam, I was looking for a
total concept, including both catering and decoration, also because we were quite late in starting the organization of this event. On the Alvida website, I found exactly what I was looking for.
Because the space where the drinks had to be organized
be had quite a few restrictions, Roy thought along with us during an appointment on location. A lot of atmosphere had to be created and that was completely done as desired.
Despite the fact that the turnout was much higher than we had budgeted,
Roy and his team were very flexible and extra drinks and snacks could be supplied while maintaining the quality completely the same.
As I also told Roy on the night itself, it was beyond our expectations.

We had a very successful evening. Annelieke was shining and thought it was a fantastic party. It also continued with a group of up to 1 hour and we also had very nice reactions from guests. Also about Alvida: nice people, good food! In short: thanks again for all the good care!
It was all well taken care of, plenty of drinks and snacks and you had time for personal attention to the people. All in all, highly recommended for many other people to join you for further parties, who will undoubtedly join PWN again in the future.
I had heard it several times in the evening from our employees and called it myself, but you are and remain (from our previous experiences) the best! We had a delicious meal, the service was top notch and everyone went home happy. That's what I'm doing it for and you're visibly too! The staff is flexible, friendly and friendly.
